Leaving a bequest to NZAVS is one of the most meaningful and powerful ways to support an end to animal testing in New Zealand.

As a charity, we rely solely on donations and legacies to be able to continue our work in ending animal experimentation.

Some might find it uncomfortable to talk about bequests, as it has to do with death. But in actual fact, bequest conversations are all about life, your life right now in its fullest glory. Leaving a gift in your will for a cause you care about is all about letting your values live on long after you’ve gone.

Leaving assets or money to NZAVS:

I leave to the New Zealand Anti-Vivisection Society (Inc.): (Description of assets or amount) absolutely for the general purposes of the said society and I direct that the receipt of the treasurer or other duly authorised officer shall be a sufficient discharge to my executors.

Leaving an estate to NZAVS:

I leave to the New Zealand Anti-Vivisection Society (Inc.): (Proportion of estate or residue) for its general purposes and I direct that the receipt of the treasurer or other duly authorised officer shall be a sufficient discharge to my executors.
